This was my first time visiting this repair shop, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. Victor took the time to explain the repair process, and I decided to wait while the work was completed. Throughout my visit, he kept me informed, thanked me for my patience, and reviewed the recommended services with me. What really stood out was that the recommendations included videos and photos of my vehicle. Most repair shops simply hand you a printed inspection report, but actually being able to see the issues firsthand gave me a much better understanding of what needed attention. That extra level of transparency was a huge plus and made me feel confident in their recommendations. I truly appreciated the professionalism, communication, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely return for future service and highly recommend this shop to others.

Where can I start with these Amazing family owned business? Incredible people, professionals. Victor always has a smile on his face, always helpful. They send you photos and videos of before and after. They call you a Lyft to take you within a reasonable range so you don’t have to sit at the shop all day above all they have good prices. I highly recommend Dragneel.

Trustworthy, reliable, friendly. We are a one car family and had a hard time finding someone at other shops to work with us to get the AC repaired to lessen the time we would need to be without the car. Dragneel repaired our AC for a reasonable amount and efficiently. We really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and especially having cold AC again going into the summer months. We will come back for more services and recommend to all our friends.

I had an amazing experience at Dragneel Automotive! The team did a transmission removal and replacement and also installed new wheels and rims on my car. The service was incredible from start to finish! everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Not to be stereotypical, but as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were in walking me through everything that was done and explaining how to better maintain my car in the future. My car is driving so smoothly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I definitely recommend Dragneel Automotive to anyone looking for quality work and amazing customer service!

Been meaning to leave this review for a while but now is the perfect time! Back in Friday September 22, on my way back from playing volleyball my 2019 Hyundai Accent started noticably shaking with my engine light flashing. I knew it was serious and after doing some research I saw that repair could possibly cost me as much as $3000-$5000 or if I'm lucky only a few hundred depending on the cause. The next day I took it to my local auto shop and they determined that the repair was going to cost me about $4000 but they were vaguely answering my questions and wouldn't tell me the exact cause of the problem! I tried to find other shops to take it to and my friend recommended Dragneel Automotive. I was strapped for time since I had work Tuesday so I went to the shop that Monday, and the level of service and communication was top-notch! After Carlos and the crew ran the diagnostic on my car, not only did he tell me the cause but he also showed it to me through his OBD2 scanner. Turns out it was a misfire due to bad sparks plugs and the repairs only cost me a little over $200! I came back later that day after they were done with the repair and the car was good as new.
